Dr. Cirien Saadeh is a dedicated program lead and faculty member at Prescott College in Arizona, where she chairs both the Critical Social Justice and Solidarity program and the Organizing and Community Justice graduate program. Through these roles, Dr. Saadeh fosters both on-campus activism and online, community-based education, supporting students as they engage directly in their home communities.
With deep roots in St. Paul and Minneapolis, Dr. Saadeh is a passionate community journalist and journalism educator, working with diverse communities nationwide. A seasoned community organizer, she has devoted many years to advancing campaigns for food justice, immigration reform, media justice, transit equity, and small business support. Dr. Saadeh’s life and work reflect her unwavering commitment to social justice, education, and transformative change.
