Dr. Belinda Karge is a dedicated professor at Concordia University, Irvine, where she works extensively with doctoral students. Her career began in the classroom as a teacher and evolved through various roles, including district administrator and principal. Dr. Karge’s journey has also taken her overseas to teach, broadening her educational perspective. Driven by a passion for supporting educators, she transitioned to higher education to "give back"—sharing her experience and love of research with future scholars. Beyond the university, Dr. Karge serves as an executive coach and consultant for organizations like 2Teach, helping co-teachers thrive in real classrooms. Renowned for her enthusiasm for research and her hands-on approach, Dr. Karge continues to inspire educators at all levels.
Dr. Matthew Rhoads is an educational leader and coordinator dedicated to supporting a network of A6 schools specializing in adult education and non-credit programs. As the Coordinator of Educational Technology and Instruction, Dr. Rhodes plays a pivotal role in providing professional development and coaching to adult educators. His work spans diverse classrooms, from nursing and career technical education (CTE) to business, computer labs, and English as a Second Language (ESL) settings. Dr. Rhoads supports educators who teach a wide range of students—from those seeking high school diplomas to multilingual learners, with students ranging in age from 18 to 80. His dynamic role allows him to impact adult education across various subjects, empowering educators and enriching the learning experiences of adult students.
