Dear Equity Advocate,

The Leading Equity Center is hiring an equity coach because we have maxed out what we can do without you on our team.

Our goal at the Leading Equity Center focuses on supporting educators with the tools and resources necessary to ensure equity at their school. One of the most significant pieces to the work that we do involves webinars and coaching. 

We need to add another world-class equity coach to our team to help us continue to do this.

Founded in 2019, the Leading Equity Center has worked with thousands of educators worldwide. Along the way, we have provided virtual summits, online courses, podcasts episodes, and keynote presentations.

This role is essential because without you, we will not have the capacity to continue expanding our coaching programs and reaching more educators. 

Who will you work with?

You will work directly with Dr. Sheldon L. Eakins, Founder of the Leading Equity Center.

You will be part of a team of 5 coaches facilitating about 1-3 webinars a week. We offer 60- and 90-minute webinars.

Where will you work?

The coach position is remote. 

Requirements

• Exceptional leadership and orator skills
• Demonstrated track record in challenging and influencing peers to approach all work with an equity lens
• Ability to create/design adult learning and the teaching of the content and skills associated with diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Deep understanding of the DEI, including lived experiences
• Strong background in leading change strategies and creating buy-in

• Earn between $150-$200 per session
