Skilled in Instructional leadership, Design Thinking, Deeper Learning, Assessment, Master Scheduling, Data Analysis, and Public Policy.  Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) focused on Educational Leadership, from the University of California, San Diego.  Dr. Casas is also a School Retool Fellow, part of Our Voice Academy cohort 3, and North County Conference Principals’ Vice - President.
